Our story

A real problem, a concrete solution

In hotels of every type — urban, rural, boutique, resort — we saw the same pattern: front desks overwhelmed answering the same questions while guests waited. Queries arriving at 2 in the morning. Questions in Japanese, Arabic, Russian. No one available to answer.
